If you're new to counselling, you may be wondering what the process looks like. During initial sessions, we usually spend time getting to know each other and discussing the concerns that have led you to seek support. From there, we'll explore your goals and begin identifying strategies to support your growth. We'll regularly check-in throughout the process to make sure we're staying on track with what feels right to you.​​​​​
