Services
If you're new to counselling, you may be wondering what the process looks like. During initial sessions, we usually spend time getting to know each other and discussing the concerns that have led you to counselling. From there, we'll explore your goals and begin identifying strategies to support your growth. We'll regularly check-in throughout the process to make sure we're staying on track with what feels right to you.
You get to decide the focus of our work together. Some of the areas I frequently support clients with include:
-
relationship and communication difficulties
-
anxiety
-
stress and burnout
-
depression and low mood
-
grief and loss
-
trauma and C-PTSD
-
body image concerns
-
life transitions

Counselling for Adults
A one-on-one, judgment-free space for exploring emotions, behaviors, and beliefs, as well as past and present life experiences that are affecting you. Together, we'll find the path forward toward growth and wellness.

Counselling for Youth
Much of my clinical experience has focused on promoting youth mental health. I'm able to build trusting relationships with young people, helping them to open up about the issues they feel are most important. Topics may include: anxiety, relationships, identity, loneliness and emotional overwhelm.

Family Consultation
Short-term support for parents and caregivers focused on improving communication, strengthening bonds, and resolving conflict in your family unit. Sessions may include psycho-education, emotional support, and skill-building to help you move toward your goals.
