About

I'm a first generation mixed-race settler living and working on the unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh peoples. Before becoming a therapist, I was first a social worker with roots in anti-oppressive practice. This foundation continues to inform my therapeutic work as well as my relationship to people and the natural world. I am currently registered as a Clinical Social Worker (RCSW) with the BC College of Social Workers. (If you're curious about the benefits of seeing a clinical social worker for counselling, you can find more information on my FAQ page.) When I'm not in session, you can find me making art, lake swimming, feasting with friends, and hiking in the forest.
I was drawn to this work following a positive experience as a counselling client. I've benefitted from the transformative power of working with a skilled therapist and I would love to offer the same gift to you. I would be honoured to walk alongside you wherever you are in your process of healing, growth and change.
